Service Description
As we get older, our skin naturally loses elasticity and as skin becomes more lax, it becomes much easier for lines and wrinkles to form. Fortunately, there are a range of treatments that can us reduce the appearance of wrinkles via our newest E-LightIPL/RF laser treatments. The laser energy works deep within the skin to stimulate the production of collagen, which typically slows down with advancing age, and helps with regeneration of the skin cells. Each session usually lasts less than an hour, and there is no downtime, meaning that you can get back to your usual activities right away following your treatment. Our E-Light IPL/RF laser treatment is safe to be used on both the face and body.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that most of the time un-kept appointments are not due to emergencies. In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation/rescheduling policy: ​ -Appointment times are reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with a minimum 24-hour business hour notice, which will help make this appointment available to another patient. - In the event that you no-show, cancel, or reschedule less than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will incur a charge of $50.00. -We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about your service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are typically reserved for each client and as a result, we cannot exceed the reserved time. Clients that are late more than 15 minutes for their appointment may not receive service and will be subject to the $50.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
