Service Description
Sun exposure, aggressive exfoliation treatments, and sometimes genetics can cause tiny blood vessels to appear as red patches and blotches on the face. Known as "spider veins", "varicose veins" or "vascular lesions," they are typically the result of broken capillaries. Our latest E-Light Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) w/ RF treatment can greatly reduce their appearance and even eliminate these vascular blotches altogether. The treatment targets the hemoglobin in the capillaries and ensures the dilated blood vessels absorb the light while the resulting heat constricts them to reduce redness and flushing on the face.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that most of the time un-kept appointments are not due to emergencies. In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation/rescheduling policy: ​ -Appointment times are reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with a minimum 24-hour business hour notice, which will help make this appointment available to another patient. - In the event that you no-show, cancel, or reschedule less than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will incur a charge of $50.00. -We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about your service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are typically reserved for each client and as a result, we cannot exceed the reserved time. Clients that are late more than 15 minutes for their appointment may not receive service and will be subject to the $50.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
